We're teaming up with Heritage Jiu Jitsu for a self-defense workshop designed specifically for our Together Youth girls.

They'll learn practical skills that can help them become more aware of their surroundings, respond confidently, and know what to do if they ever find themselves in an uncomfortable situation.
