Accountability Pastors
At Together Church, we do not believe leaders should lead alone.
Our Accountability Pastors provide outside wisdom, prayer, guidance, and accountability for our Lead Pastor and leadership team. They are trusted pastors who help us stay healthy, honest, and focused on the mission.
They are not part of the daily operations of Together Church, but they are available to offer counsel, support, and perspective when needed. Their role helps protect the health of our church and reminds us that good leadership is never built in isolation.
