Walking in Victory

Sermon Series:

Walking in Victory

Galatians 5 teaches us about the conflict between the desires of the flesh and the Spirit. Walking by the Spirit means not gratifying the desires of the flesh, which include actions like jealousy and fits of anger. In contrast, the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, and more—characterizes a life aligned with God. Paul's perseverance in his missionary journeys, despite persecution, exemplifies the dedication needed to walk by the Spirit. Practical steps include immediate obedience to God and being part of a supportive church community.
